The computer-operated plasma cutting machine is the only one of its kind in this area. It will cut any type of material from paper thin to 3/4" thick. It runs off of a CAD system which allows us to cut anything that can be drawn. We can customize any cut you need in your operation. The machine also optimizes the placement on the metal surface to minimize material wastage.

Ironworker

The ironworker is a compact hydraulic powered unit. It shears, punches, bends, notches, and copes. This 2600 lb machine can handle material up to 3/4" thick or 50 tons. It allows us to punch 1/16" to 1 1/8" holes in any material. It also has a 6' x 6' x 1/2" angle shear.

The 225 ton press brake allows us to break up to 3/8" plate x 10'-0" long.

The 1/2" x 8' roll allows us to roll 1/2" thick x 8' maximum plate from 10" diameter to any size.

The shear will shear any metal ?? to 3/8" thick x 10' long.

Our welding machines are set up to weld any kind of alloy at any thickness.
